Manage applications and procedures under the Non-Habitual Resident (NHR) Regime, ensuring full compliance
Analyze tax implications related to foreign-sourced income, capital gains, and passive income
Design tailored tax strategies aligned with each client’s global structure
Act as the main point of contact for expatriate clients, coordinating with immigration and mobility teams when necessary
Stay up to date with legislative developments at national and international levels affecting expatriate taxation
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration, with specialization in Taxation or International Taxation
Strong practical expertise in the Portuguese NHR Regime
Advanced English and Portuguese (C1 level or above), both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented approach
Ability to manage client relationships independently
Experience in international environments or firms focused on global mobility
Familiarity with tax management tools and related software
Knowledge of additional international tax regimes
Fully remote collaboration
